Alpha
These wolves are the most respected wolves of the whole pack. The leaders. The Alphas are in charge, keeping watch over the pack and its members, making sure everything is running as it should be. Whatever the Alpha says is law, and expected to be obeyed at all times.

Beta
These wolves are the second-in-command of the pack, also highly respected by the others. The Betas have proven themselves to the Alpha in order to have earned this honorable rank. The Beta(s) will take charge when the Alphas are not around, and take the place of Alpha only if both of the Alphas are dead.

Delta
The Deltas are third-in-command of the pack, just below the Betas. These wolves are also chosen by the Alphas to have this rank. They may step up as Beta if something happens to both of the Betas, but only if given permission by the Alpha(s).

Warrior
Warriors are the tough fighters of the pack. They battle against enemies in order to keep the pack safe from harm. They are the first wolves to be called upon to fight in a battle.
Hunter
These are the wolves who hunt in order to supply the pack with food. Yes, other wolves can hunt, but these wolves are especially skilled at bringing down their prey.
Sentinel
The Sentinels are the wolves who patrol the territory, making sure no threats to the pack have crossed the borders. If they have detected something like this, they are to alert the Alpha(s) right away.
Healer
Healers are the wolves whose duty is to care for the sick and injured members of the pack. They work to make sure that each and every wolf gets well.
Apprentice
Apprentices are the young wolves who are in training for their future rank, whichever one they have chosen. The Apprentice age is from one to two years old.
Pup
These little ones have no specific job within the pack, except to grow and have fun. Once they reach one year of age, they will be apprenticed to a wolf of the rank they wish to be.[/size]
Elder
Elders are the eldest members of the pack, and well-respected for the service they have done in the past. They are taken care of by the Apprentices.
