Cadence~A Bit Out of Rhythm~

Breed: Gray Wolf (Canis Lupus)

Appearance:

Coat Length: 3 inches
Pelt Colour: A light gray with blue markings
Eye Colour: A beautiful shade of blue
Markings and Designs: A blue ring around her eyes, with a streak coming off of the circle and going down to the tip of her muzzle. Her ears are blue, and it bleeds off and covers the area behind her ears. She has a moon-shaped streak on her side. There is a blue circle on each shoulder with a streak coming off of it that goes down to a ring around her leg just before her paw. She has a ring in the middle of her tail, with two dots on either side. She also has a ring on each of her hind legs just before the paws. Her wings have a sort of diamond shape at the tip, and it bleeds off and goes down to the bottom of each wing. There are four dots on her cheek.

Persona:

Personality: Cadence is calm and quiet most of the time, and almost never starts a conversation with anyone. She prefers to use her body language instead of her words. When she does speak to others, she is cold and blunt. She seldom shows her emotions. Cadence has random fits of anger and hysteria; this is one of the few times she will show any emotions. At times, Cadence will say and do crazy, dangerous things and is sometimes found talking to herself.

History: Cadence was born into a pack of many other winged wolves. She was the daughter of Hawk and Song, the two current Alphas. Cadence was to be the next Alphess. When she reached 6 months of age, Hawk and Song began training her, teaching her how to be an Alpha Female. Cadence's parents also told her to choose a mate, but it was more like they chose for her. Song selected a strong young male named Firestorm to be her daughter's mate. Then the whole pack held a ceremony on the day Cadence became 2 years old. Firestorm really did like Cadence, but the gray wolf had no such feelings for the male. When Cadence was 3, a year before she was to become the new Alphess, she gave birth to two pups, Dove and Talon. Both Cadence and Firestorm were very proud of their pups. Dove and Talon loved to play with the other pups, but they were not allowed to play with one pup of the pack. That pup was Lucifer. Lucifer had been born with bat-like wings, instead of the beautiful feathered wings the rest of the pack possessed. Therefore Lucifer was said to be "cursed." However, one day, very early in the morning, Talon awoke, and sneaked outside the den, only to see Lucifer sitting right in front of him. The two decided to go off into the forest surrounding the camp. Just as they went into the forest, Cadence woke up. When she saw her son was missing, she ran out to find him, and followed his scent. And Lucifer's. The two pups were play-fighting off in the forest, but it was more than play to Lucifer. He was here to show his dominance. He started to bite and claw fiercely at Talon. Once Talon realized that Lucifer wasn't playing anymore, he began to fight back. But Lucifer was strong, and cunning. Just as Cadence spotted the two pups, Lucifer dealt the death blow to Talon. Cadence, furious, ran over and clawed Lucifer right across his left eye, sending him flying away. Then she grabbed her dead son's body and took him back to the camp. She told the whole story to her parents and Firestorm. Hawk and Song were saddened, but also disappointed by the fact that Cadence had attacked a pup. They thought she was no longer fit to become an Alpha. Cadence and Lucifer were both cast out from the pack. Now Cadence blames all this on Lucifer, and is determined to kill him at all costs.
